Top 2018 WR Terrace Marshall announced his top five schools and the list was littered with recruiting juggernauts. The schools that made the cut were Texas A&M, Texas, Alabama, LSU, and Florida State. Marshall is not only one of the best WR’s in the 2018 recruiting class, he is one of the top overall prospects as well. This is the kind of recruit that can step on campus and contribute to the offense almost immediately. He does not have the body of a high school kid, as he could handle himself against some collegiate defensive backs right now.

Current HS teammate and TCU commit Justin Rogers and the rest of Horned Frog nation must be left disappointed, as Marshall left TCU off of his final list. Rogers was almost certainly hoping to continue the QB-WR connection at the next level. While all of the teams that made the cut can hold their own on the battle field that is college football recruiting, we think that Marshall will likely end up with the home team – LSU. LSU could have one of the top WRs in the NFL and Tiger alum, Odell Beckham Jr, reach out to the young WR to hopefully convince him to follow in his footsteps. They can usually pick who the want in their own backyard, as LSU has found a lot of success in keeping some of the best prospects in state. While this recruitment doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon, we are excited to see where this future NFL talent ends up.
