Today has been a busy day in the college basketball. This comes as no surprise to any die hard college basketball fan. For those of you who aren’t sure if you can keep up, don’t worry because Pypeline has you covered.
The Illini staff have been busy today and offered junior Kel’el Ware. The 6-foot-10 center has been busy over the last few hours also picking up an offer from Texas Tech. Ware has also been receiving interest from programs such as Auburn and Virginia Tech. Ware is also ranked as a three-star prospect and the 124th best player in the class of 2022 by Rivals.com. Ware also has offers from nine programs including Arkansas, TCU, Texas A&M, and Virginia Tech.
As far as his Illinois offer, Coach Orlando Antigua was responsible for offering him. Ware hasn’t had any previous information about the Illini program.
“I never really got to see anything about Illinois. But Coach (Orlando Antigua) is great!” he told Pypeline.co
