One Friday evening the top player out of New York in the 2018 class, Sidney “Sid” Wilson, announced his top 6 schools at this point in his recruitment. The Bronx baller is one of the top small forwards in his class and will have an immediate impact wherever he ends up. Wilson’s top 6 schools are the following: St. John’s, Texas, UConn, Florida, Georgia Tech, and Syracuse.

Sid was originally a 2017 recruit but decided to reclassify to the 2018 class when he chose to transfer from St. Raymond’s to prestigious Brewster Academy. The talented small forward made this decision to have some more time in developing his skills as a wing. St. John’s, Texas, and Florida seem to be the three favorites out of Sid’s top six but there is plenty of time for the other schools to make some headway.
