Texas D-Lineman Chooses Baylor

Joshua Landry, a top defensive lineman out of the Texas powerhouse Lamar High School announced his commitment to Baylor on Friday morning. Landry is one of the top defensive lineman out of the long horn state and could play either defensive tackle or strong side defensive end for Baylor. Standing at 6’2″ and 245 pounds the strong lineman will have to put on some weight if the Bears want to stick Landry at defensive tackle.

The Lamar product is the 12th commitment in the 2018 class for Baylor and the 11th out of the state of Texas. Landry also had scholarship offers from Arizona State, Oregon State, Nebraska, Houston, among others.
