Bryce Thompson, one of the top uncommitted player is in the 2020 class, recently announced his Top 7 schools. Thompson is down to Michigan State, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Thompson’s recruitment has been some what quiet with schools like Kansas, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State receiving most of the buzz. The Oklahoma native could very well choose to stay home and play for Oklahoma or Oklahoma State. Playing at home might be a factor for Thompson, but I would not count out Kansas at all in his recruitment. Playing for a Hall of Fame coach like Bill Self and playing in one of the best environments in the country in Allen Field House could be very intriguing.
Thompson has scheduled official visits to Texas, North Carolina, Michigan State and Oklahoma State. He will also visit Kansas unofficially during their Late Night in the Phog event.
