Gus Malzahn and the Auburn Tigers received some great news, as top Georgia ATH Quindarious Monday announced that he will be spending the next few years sporting their colors. He is the 8th commitment for Auburn in the 2018 class and gives them a boost in the team rankings.

Although Quindarious is listed as an athlete in most recruiting services, we can all but guarantee that he will play safety once he puts on a college uniform. He could play a variety of positions, but everything about him screams safety. He is a big kid that can cover a lot of ground, and can really lay he wood on opposing receivers. Monday already has a great feel for the position, so he will only get better once the Auburn coaches get their hands on him. When it is all said and done, we think that Quindarious could be one of the best NFL safety prospects in the nation and will be a multi-year starter for the Tigers. Gus Malzahn has to be stoked about this pickup, and we are excited to see this beast crowd the line against some SEC offenses.
