Quarterbacks
Top Plays
- Sam Ehlinger, Texas, $8,900
Ehlinger goes up against a Texas Tech defense that allowed Houston Baptist QB Bailey Zappe to throw for 567 yards.
- Spencer Rattler, Oklahoma, $8,200
Arkansas State had 5 TD Passes vs Kansas State in Week 2. Rattler should have a field day.
Value Plays
- Myles Brennan, LSU, $7,700
Brennan has weapons like Terrace Marshall and true freshman Arik Gilbert, even though he lost star WR Ja’Marr Chase. The match-up isn’t too worrisome, and Brennan should get you 15-25 Fantasy Points.
- Kyle Trask, Florida, $7,200
Ole Miss might have a better defense than people give them credit for, but it’s still a match-up where Trask does well. Trask has a ton of weapons returning including TE Kyle Pitts, WR Trevon Grimes, and WR Kadarius Toney.
- Kenny Pickett, Pittsburgh, $6,500
The Louisville defense gave up 325 Passing yards and 3 TDs vs Miami last week. Kenny Pickett should be able to get you 15-25 Fantasy Points for a good price.
- Spencer Sanders, Oklahoma St, $6,400 (Questionable)/Shane Illingworth, Oklahoma St, $6,000
Sanders was injured last week, and he’s considered questionable this week. If he plays, you get him at a good price, but with high risk. If Sanders is OUT, expect true freshman Shane Illingworth to start and for $6,000, he would be worth taking a flyer on.
Overpriced/Avoid
- Micale Cunningham, Louisville, $8,400
Cunningham isn’t worth his price this week.
Running Backs
Top Play
- Chuba Hubbard, Oklahoma St, $8,700
Hubbard only had 93 rushing yards last week vs Tulsa, but I’m not running away from him yet. We don’t know who will be at QB for Oklahoma State, but expect Hubbard to receive a HUGE workload.
Best Value Plays
- Chris Curry, LSU, $7,100
Curry was named the starter for LSU and I’d be surprised if he didn’t have a touchdown or two.
- Zamir White, Georgia, $6,300
White is the RB1 for the Dawgs and has a favorable match-up. Georgia could use multiple RBs. But expect White to find the end zone and have multiple touches.
- Keaontay Ingram, Texas, $6,100 and Roschon Johnson, Texas, $5,700
Ingram and Johnson are both players who could deliver in Fantasy this week. The Longhorns will score often vs the Red Raiders. Don’t be surprised to see each one get a TD.
- Jahmyr Gibbs, Georgia Tech, $5,400
Gibbs showed his athleticism and potential with some big plays last week vs UCF. He’s the best RB on the Yellow Jackets’ roster and should continue to see an increase in touches.
- James Cook, Georgia $5,200
Cook is considered RB2 for the Dawgs, but will get plenty of touches vs Arkansas.
Wide Receivers/Tight Ends
Top Plays
- Charleston Rambo, Oklahoma, $7,800
Rambo is the #1 WR on an offense that will score a ton of points. You can’t go wrong playing him.
- TuTu Atwell, Louisville, $7,500
This isn’t the greatest match-up, but TuTu usually gets his. Last week in a loss, he still caught 8 passes for 114 yards and 2 TDs.
- Joshua Moore, Texas, $7,100
Moore caught 6 passes for 127 yards 1 TD vs UTEP and he looks to be the go to target for Ehlinger. Expect the Longhorns to score often, making this a good play.
Top Value Plays
- Terrace Marshall, LSU, $7,000
You get good value at $7,000 for the #1 WR for LSU. Expect Marshall to have a big game.
- Tylan Wallace, Oklahoma St, $6,900
Even if Spencer Sanders is out I believe true freshman Shane Illingworth will still find Wallace often. If Sanders plays, then you get one of the top WRs in CFB for a good price.
- George Pickens, Georgia, $6,400
Georgia should score 35 or more points vs Arkansas and Pickens is the #1 WR. There is a good chance that he finds the end zone and gets 5-10 receptions.
- T.J. Vasher, Texas Tech, $5,700
This isn’t the greatest match-up to be honest, but expect the Red Raiders to be down and throwing often which could result in 4-8 catches for Vasher and a TD.
- Demetris Robertson, Georgia, $5,000
Robertson is the #2 option at WR for the Dawgs, and you get him for a great price.
- Kyle Pitts, Florida, $5,400
Pitts is the #1 option for the Gators and one of the top tight ends in CFB. You can’t go wrong for the price and value here.
- Marvin Mims, Oklahoma, $4,900
Mims hauled in 3 catches for 80 yards and 1 TD vs Missouri State.
- Noah Gray, Duke, $4,700
Gray has 10 catches for 129 yards in two games. The tight end is a top target for Chase Brice and even though this isn’t the best match-up. For the price you get good value.
- Arik Gilbert, LSU, $4,500
Gilbert is a true freshman former 5-star who has a ton of upside and someone who will make an immediate impact. He’s worth a flyer if you’re looking for a pass catcher for a good price.
- Darnell Washington, Geogia, $3,300
Washington is a 5-star true freshman tight end for Georgia. FSU Transfer Tre Mckitty is expected to be OUT so this could be an excellent play for the price.
