Head Coach Lincoln Riley and the Oklahoma Sooners plan on hosting one of their top recruits in the 2019 class this weekend in Erick Young. Young is not only one of the top cornerbacks in the Lone Star state this coming year, he is one of the top rising seniors in the nation. Oklahoma is hoping to make a push this weekend and take a lead in what could be a really heated recruitment. Young took visits to both Baylor and Texas A&M’s junior days last weekend, and it looks like things are just getting started.

While Erick does certainly seem interested in OU, this one is a long way from being wrapped up. The Texas product has claimed that there are no leaders at this time, but LSU, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma have all positioned themselves to be in this thing until the very end. Alabama and Auburn have also expressed interest in Young’s services, and if they are able to secure a visit from him then anything can happen.
