One of the top players out of Missouri, Daniel Parker Jr, announced his Top 6 schools thus far in his recruitment. The teams that made the cut are Minnesota, Iowa State, Kentucky, UCF, Iowa, and Missouri. Parker is a huge kid that many see as a strong side defensive end or possibly a defensive tackle position, particularly the three-technique, if he adds a little more weight. At 6’3″ and 250 pounds he definitely has the frame that could easily add 30-50 more pounds of pure muscle.
Top 6‼️🤷🏽♂️

Mizzou— Daniel Parker Jr (@LuhhDaniel) July 16, 2017
This race is likely to last a while, as Parker seems to have genuine interest in all of the schools. However, we see Mizzou being the team to beat. The allure of SEC competition and being able to stay at home to compete with the best might be too much for any of the other teams to overcome. Missouri seems to have the least amount of competition for him once he steps on campus, and they are continuously putting kids along the defensive line in the NFL. We will definitely be keeping an eye on this kid, and we think he could be one of the best in the nation when it is all said and done.
