Hurricanes head coach Mark Richt has done it again, as he continues to rebuild Miami into a national powerhouse that it was from back in the day. Today, he was able to snag one of the most productive tight ends in the nation, all while keeping him in state, as four-star Will Mallory committed to the Canes.

Mallory, out of Providence high school in Jacksonville, FL, will look to join the ranks of incredible tight ends that came out of Miami and went on to be stars in the NFL. Guys like Jeremy Shockey, Kellen Winslow II, Greg Olsen, and Jimmy Graham. Hurricane fans have to think that he can be the next great pass catcher from the tight end position, as he has some of the softest hands in the country.
So Cane fans, celebrate tonight. And say hello to your newest tight end, four-star Will Mallory.
