Four Star Guard Angelo Brizzi Commits to Villanova

Jay Wright adds another big commitment for his 2021 recruiting class. Four star guard Angelo Brizzi has committed to Villanova. He chose the Wildcats over Arizona, Colarodo, and others. He Villanova’s fourth commitment for the 2021 class.

Angelo Brizzi is a 6’3″ point guard from Monterey, Virginia. He can shoot the ball at a high level and brings top play making skills for the Wildcats. Early in his recruitment, no school was considered the clear favorite. However, many believed he would end up at a schoool with high academics. Northwestern and Dartmouth were also potential options. Arizona and Villanova received the most buzz out of all the schools recruiting him. Days before his commitment, Villanova was the school gaining the most talk in his recruitment. He made it official today and committed to the Wildcats.

Angelo Brizzi is a very solid get for Jay Wright and his staff. He has his point guard of the future and another really good player for this recruiting class. Brizzi will join four stars Trey Patterson, Nnanna Njoku, and Jordan Logino. Villanova is also a contender for five star Trevor Keels. Jay Wright has killed it out on the recruiting trail recently. He has proven he can recruit and win at a high level. Villanova will be one of the best teams in college basketball this season. With the class they are building for next year, Villanova will continue to be one of the top programs in the country.
