Best QB Plays
Jalen Hurts $9,000 vs West Virginia
• Hurts produces big fantasy numbers every week. This week should be no different. West Virginia just gave up 38 points to Iowa State. The Sooners should have no problem scoring in this one.
Joe Burrow $8,500 vs Mississippi State
• Burrow is averaging 36.6 FPPG. Last week vs Florida he had 28 fantasy points. This Bulldogs defense was eaten alive by Auburn QB Bo Nix. Big numbers coming for Burrow.
Best Value Plays
Trevor Lawrence $7,300 vs Louisville
• Lawrence produced for me last week on DraftKings with 28.8 Fantasy Points. This Louisville team just gave up 59 points to Wake Forest. Lawrence should pick them apart.
Kelly Bryant $6,900 vs Vanderbilt
• Bryant will face a Commodores team that just lost to UNLV. Yes, the UNLV Rebels defeated an SEC Team. Bryant is the 8th rated DraftKings QB, and could finish as a Top 3 play on Saturday.
Bo Nix $6,800 vs Arkansas
• Arkansas allowed a converted WR in Lynn Bowden to get 36.7 points vs them at QB. Bo Nix is a Dual Threat QB who will slash the Razorbacks on the ground and through the air.
QB I’m Avoiding 🚫🚫🚫
Jake Luton $6,000 vs California
• Luton struggled vs Utah on Saturday Night going 17-34 for just 131 yards and 1 INT. This Golden Bears defense is quietly one of the best in the country.
Top RB Plays
Chuba Hubbard $8,300 vs Baylor
• Chuba has been a workhorse this season for the Cowboys. And although he’s going up against a solid defense, I think he will be worth the payout.
Travis Etienne $7,000 vs Louisville
• Etienne is one of the best RBs in college football and you’re getting excellent value at $7,000. Expect him to have a big game vs the Cards.
Larry Roundtree III $6,700 vs Vanderbilt
• UNLV rushed for 206 yards vs Vanderbilt. Roundtree has great value & is in line for a big game.
Best RB Value Plays
Clyde Edwards-Helaire $6,200 vs Miss St
• Edwards-Helaire had a big game vs Florida with 134 rushing yards and 2 TDs. You get a RB1 at the cost for an average price per player ($6,250).
Breece Hall $5,600 vs Texas Tech
• The true freshman Hall really impressed me last week vs West Virginia with 132 rushing yards and 3 TDs.
Kam Martin $4,600 vs Arkansas
• DraftKings hasn’t 100% caught on that Martin is now the starting RB for the Tigers with Whitlow out. He has a great match-up and should be a must start in all of DFS.
RBs to Avoid 🚫🚫🚫
AJ Dillon $7,500 vs NC State
• Boston College starting QB Anthony Brown is out for the season and the Wolfpack will most likely stack the box to stop Dillon. $7,500 is too much for what will be average results from Dillon.
Trey Sermon $5,600 vs West Virginia
• Sermon didn’t record a rushing attempt or catch a pass last weekend vs Texas. He was on the field but was never used. My advice: STAY AWAY!
Top Receiver Plays
Ceedee Lamb $7,800 vs West Virginia
• Lamb had 10 catches for 171 yards and 3 Touchdowns vs Texas. He’s the #1 option in an offense that passes a lot. You can’t go wrong here.
Tylan Wallace $7,400 vs Baylor
• Wallace has 160.3 Fantasy Points this season, averaging 26.7 FPPG.
LSU WRs vs Mississippi State
Ja’marr Chase $7,700
Justin Jefferson $7,300
• The LSU passing attack is lighting up the scoreboard. Versus Florida, these two combined for 17 catches, 250 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Top Value Plays
Clemson WRs vs Louisville
Tee Higgins $6,200 (Questionable)
Justyn Ross $5,800
• The price for these two is really low. They are two of the top receivers, talent wise, in college football, and you get them for a good price. This week I’m bundling these two with Trevor Lawrence. Higgins is questionable, so if he doesn’t play, replace him with Amari Rodgers $5,200.
Emeka Emezie $5,400 vs BC
• Emezie is the #1 receiver for the Wolfpack and gets a ton of targets each week. He’s a good value play with a good shot at finding the end zone.
Charlie Kolar $4,600 vs Texas Tech
• Kolar gets a lot of action for a tight end. Last week, he caught 3 passes for 45 yards. If you’re looking for a player to take a flyer on, take Kolar.
Ryan Bay $3,800 vs Washington
• You hate to see anyone get injured, but unfortunately it happens. And if you’re smart, you’ll use it to your advantage in DFS. Oregon TE Jacob Breeland is out for the season, and his replacement is Bay, who you can get for dirt cheap.
WRs to Avoid 🚫🚫🚫
Isaiah Hodgins $7,600 vs California
• This is match-up related and price related. Hodgins is tearing up the Pac 12 but I don’t like using him for this price, going up against a good Golden Bears defense.
Kalija Lipscomb $6,100 vs Missouri
• You can get Justyn Ross, DeShaunte Jones, Chatarius Atwell, Albert Okwuegbunam, Dez Fitzpatrick, Kyle Pitts, Cary Angeline and Charlie Kolar all cheaper than Lipscomb. Don’t play Lipscomb.
