There are only 96 days left until the start of the 2019 college football season. Today we celebrate by remembering this 96 yard interception return for a TD…. by a defensive lineman. Also by giving the FCS division a little love.

Back in October of 2017 Saint Francis University defensive lineman, Louie Gartner, managed to do what all lineman dream of doing. He managed to cross the goal line and score a touchdown of his own. After an irresponsible pass from the Robert Morris QB, Gartner managed to swat the ball into his own hands and return it 96 yards for a touchdown. The defensive lineman also donned #96 as his jersey number. The 2019 season can’t get here soon enough!
