Quarterbacks
Top Plays
Dillion Gabriel (UCF) $9,100 – Gabriel doesn’t have the best matchup and I’m avoiding him this week BUT he’s a gunslinger who always gets you Fantasy Points.
Jayden Daniels (Arizona St) $8,500 – Daniels has a GREAT matchup vs Southern Utah but these matchups can also be worrisome. ASU could just rely on the rushing attack and get a big lead and have Daniels on the bench in the 2nd half.
C.J. Stroud (Ohio St) $8,000 – This will be the Nations first real glance at the Buckeyes starter. He has a decent matchup and with the weapons surrounding him he should have a nice Fantasy outing.
Best Value
Devin Leary (NC State) $6,800 – Leary has a great matchup vs USF and his price is reasonable, I like this play.
Hank Bachmeier (Boise St) $6,500 – Bachmeier has a reasonable price and matchup this week, you can’t go wrong with this play.
Noah Vedral (Rutgers) $5,900 – Vedral has an excellent matchup vs Temple and his price is great. He’s also a threat on the ground which makes him even more valuable.
Value Longshot Plays
Chase Brice (Appalachian St) $5,700 – Brice was horrible for Duke, but he has excellent weapons surrounding him at Appalachian State and a favorable matchup.
Eric Barriere (Eastern Washington) $5,200 – Some of you are thinking “WHO?”. Eric Barriere that’s right, The Eastern Washington QB is a gunslinger who has 75 passing TDs in his career.
QBs I’m questionable about
Joe Milton (Tennessee) $8,300 – This is a high price tag but Milton has a great matchup and the keys to the offense.
Running Backs
Top Plays
Mohamed Ibrahim (Minnesota) $8,600 – Ibrahim has a tough matchup vs Ohio State and for the price I’m going to avoid him this week.
Rachaad White (Arizona St) $7,000 – I love this play this week, White has a great matchup and good price.
Camerun Peoples (Appalachian St) $6,900 – Peoples has a very good matchup vs ECU and he will be a workhorse for Appalachian State.
Best Value
Zonovan Bam Knight (NC State) $6,100 – Bam Knight has a fantastic matchup vs USF, this is a play I’m all over this week.
DeaMonte Trayanum (Arizona St) $5,900 – Trayanum is technically the backup for ASU but he gets plenty of use. He has a great matchup and should get a TD and 75+ yards this week.
Charles Williams (UNLV) $5,900 – Williams has an excellent matchup vs FCS EWU and he’s one of the top RBs in the Mountain West, Can’t go wrong with this play this week.
George Holani (Boise St) $5,800 – Boise State will score enough on UCF, Holani will have plenty of touches and opportunities for Fantasy Points.
Tiyon Evans (Tennessee) $5,600 – Evans goes against a BAD Bowling Green team, he could have a big day.
Value Longshot Plays
Ricky Person Jr (NC State) $5,200 – Person Jr has a fantastic matchup and I’d be surprised if he didn’t find the end zone.
Miyan Williams (Ohio St) $5,100 & Treveyon Henderson (Ohio St) $3,800 – Both of these players have great value and both are better RBs than Master Teague in my personal opinion.
AVOID: Terion Stewart (Bowling Green) $6,200
Receivers
Top Plays
Jaylon Robinson (UCF) $8,600 – Robinson is WR1 for the Knights and will get plenty of targets this week.
Garrett Wilson (Ohio St) $7,500 & Chris Olave (Ohio St) $6,700 – You can’t go wrong with either of these plays this week, I’ll lean towards Olave however because of price.
Bryan Thompson (Arizona St) $7,300 – Thompson has a great matchup vs Southern Utah on Thursday.
Best Value Plays
Jalin Hyatt (Tennessee) $7,100 – Joe Milton has a cannon for an arm, and Hyatt is a speedster, anyone else see a big play TD coming? I do!!!!
Khalil Shakir (Boise St) $6,900 – Shakir had 719 receiving yards 6 TDs last season and I expect him to get plenty of targets this week.
Johnny Wilson (Arizona St) $6,600 – Wilson is set to have a Breakout season and it’s no better team to get started with than Southern Utah.
Emeka Emezie (NC State) $6,500 & Thayer Thomas (NC State) $4,400 – I expect the NC State offense to score 42+ points this week and both of these players have great value for the price.
Tyler Snead (ECU) $6,100 – Snead is an excellent receiver for ECU. I expect the Pirates to air it out and be trailing in this game which will give Snead plenty of looks.
Kyle Williams (UNLV) $5,400 – Williams has a great matchup vs FCS EWU and I doubt many people play him this week, this is a great pick who will have low ownership.
Thomas Hennigan (Appalachian St) $5,300 & Corey Sutton (Appalachian St) $4,900 – Sutton has a great price and he’s a big red zone threat. Hennigan is an excellent possession receiver and both of these guys have great matchups vs ECU.
Daniel Jackson (Minnesota) $5,200 – Minnesota needs someone to step up big at WR and Jackson could be that guy. I’m honestly not playing Jackson in my lineup but he’s a good contrarian play.
Talolo Limu Jones (Eastern Washington) $5,000 – If you play EWU QB Eric Barriere it might not be a bad idea to stack him with his #1 Wide Receiver.
Jeremy Ruckert (Ohio St) $3,300 – Last week I told you to play Luke Ford for $3,100 because of his upside. He had 3 catches for 30 yards 1 TD, Ruckert is my Luke Ford of week 1.
Potential Lineup
