While five of the Top 10 teams are on bye in Week 10, there are a lot of hidden gems. The CFP Selection Committee will have a close eye on a couple of one-loss teams as someone will likely be eliminated from contention. These are the Pypeline Week 10 Games of the Week.

#8 Georgia at #6 Florida (+6.5)

The Georgia Bulldogs travel down to Jacksonville for the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party Saturday afternoon to take on the Florida Gators. Florida comes into this game 5-2-1 ATS playing their best football in recent weeks. The Gators are 5-0 as the home team this season. With Jonathan Greenard and Jabari Zuniga back in the lineup this week, the Gator defense is back to full force. Florida’s offense has also looked better since Kyle Trask took over the starting job. Georgia is the better team but expect the Gators to keep this one close. (Florida +6.5)

#9 Utah at Washington (+3.5)

Utah will head north on Saturday to take on the Washington Huskies in what should be their toughest match-up of the season. Utah’s defense has been on an absolute tear since their loss to USC, holding opponents to just 5.75 PPG over the last 4 games. Tyler Huntley has exceeded all expectations by posting the 5th best QBR in the nation. On the other side of the ball we have a Washington team that started the season slow but has picked up its play in the last 2 weeks. Chris Peterson is a whopping 14-0 after a bye week and the Huskies are 12-1 all time against the Utes. Above all, UW has dominated this rivalry and I don’t see it changing this year. I like Washington to win this game or at least keep it close. We continue with our home dogs and back the Huskies. (Washington +3.5)

#15 SMU (+6) at #24 Memphis

The nations Group of Five leaders will battle it out Saturday night in Memphis, as SMU travels to take on the Memphis Tigers. The Mustangs come into this a 6-point underdogs and they will be hungry to show that they are the best team in the American Conference. A loss on Saturday would give Memphis possession of the West division and they would control their own destiny in winning the division. SMU’s rush defense ranks 20th in the country and slowing down Kenneth Gainwell will put this game away. The wrong team is favored to begin with so I’m taking SMU with the points. (SMU +6)
