Quarterbacks
Top Plays
Jack Coan $8,900
• Coan has a great matchup, I’m not sure the Irish will need to air it out too much but he has a good opportunity for 2 TDs or more.
CJ Stroud $8,600
• Stroud is an excellent young player, I’ll admit the matchup isn’t great but he’s got so much talent around him that he could easily get 2 or more TDs.
Best Value
Sean Clifford $8,100
• Clifford has a matchup vs Ball State who allowed a Western Illinois team to pass for 367 yards.
JT Daniels $7,900
• The Dawgs need to open up the offense and start airing it out and the UAB defense would be a good opponent to start that.
Questionable Play
Kenny Pickett $8,500
• Pickett has an expensive price tag and I’m not going to play him but I could see a scenario where he gets you 15-20 Fantasy Points.
Longshot Plays
Noah Vedral $6,700
• Vedral has a decent matchup vs Syracuse and the price is low.
Lute Doty $6,500
• If Doty starts this week vs ECU this will be a good play, he has a great price and decent matchup.
Spencer Petras $5,400
• Petras is dirt cheap this week for a QB. I don’t expect him to get but 10 fantasy points or so but playing him could free up some money for big players at other positions.
AVOID
Emory Jones $9,000 & Anthony Richardson $8,400
• If you want to play these two players it’s definitely not a bad play at all because they have great matchups. The reason I’m going to avoid them is because I believe they’ll split time and the Gators will have a big lead and rely on the RBs.
Max Duggan $8,800
• Duggan is an excellent player but I’m not paying this much for him.
Joe Milton $8,000
• Milton goes up against a well coached and tenacious Pittsburgh Defense. I don’t like the matchup or the price.
Anthony Brown $6,900
Brock Purdy $6,200
Drew Plitt $6,100
Running Backs
Top Plays
Zamir White $7,700
• White has an excellent matchup and should get a ton of carries.
Kevin Harris $7,500
• If Harris plays this week I love this play, but keep up with the injury report.
Kyren Williams $7,300
• Williams has a great matchup and his price isn’t bad, I love this play.
Best Value
Tyler Goodson $7,100
• Goodson should get plenty of opportunities this week, he had 19 rushes last week and should get 15-25 this week.
Isaiah Spiller $6,700 & Devon Achane $5,900
• Both of these players have good matchups vs Colorado. Last week Achane rushed for 124 yards 2 TDs & Spiller had 113 rushing yards.
Noah Cain $6,400
• Cain should get plenty of touches this week vs Ball State. I’d bet good money that he gets a TD or two.
LD Brown $6,100
• Brown has a matchup vs Tulsa this week and he scored a TD last week.
Longshot Plays
Dameon Pierce $6,000 & Malik Davis $5,600
• The Gators have an excellent matchup vs USF and both of these RBs will benefit from it.
Chris Tyree $5,100
• Tyree is a versatile player who has potential to break a big play each week.
Treveyon Henderson $4,300
• Henderson in my opinion is the best RB on the Buckeyes roster and he will slowly get more and more touches. His price is excellent and could be a nice dart throw this week.
Marshawn Lloyd $3,400
• Every week it’s a must play low price player and this week it’s Lloyd.
AVOID
Breece Hall $8,000
• The price for Hall is too steep for me this week and I believe the Hawkeyes will try to shut him down and stop the rushing attack.
Miyan Williams $7,300 & Master Teague III $5,000
• Williams isn’t a bad play but the Buckeyes rushing attack can be split between three players. Master Teague is someone I’m avoiding all year.
Bryant Koback $6,500
• Koback has a bad matchup vs Notre Dame who I expect to try and shut down the toledo rushing attack first.
Wide Receivers
Top Plays
Ainias Smith $7,600
• Smith has a good matchup vs Colorado and he looks to be Haynes Kings #1 Target.
Michael Mayer $7,400
• Mayer is the #1 Target for Jack Coan and is a top red zone target.
Chris Olave $7,200
• Olave is a big play waiting to happen. You can’t go wrong playing him.
Jahan Dotson $7,000
• Dotson has a great matchup vs Ball State who just gave up over 200+ receiving yards to a WIU WR.
Best Value
Garrett Wilson $5,900
• This is excellent value for one of the top receivers in College Football.
Jalen Wydermyer $5,000
• DraftKings sleeps on Tight Ends sometimes and here’s an example. Wydermyer has great value for this price and could easily get a Redzone TD.
Longshot Values
Justin Hall $6,300
• Hall is the WR1 for Ball State and while I hate the matchup I believe Ball State will throw his way quite a bit.
Brennan Presley $5,600
• Presley has breakout potential every week, and his price and matchup are excellent.
Quentin Johnston $5,100
• Johnston had 4 catches last week and is a go to option for Max Duggan.
Charlie Kolar $4,600
• Kolar missed last weeks game so check the injury report but if he’s available I expect him to get 7+ Targets.
Sam Laporta $4,300
• LaPorta caught 5 passes for 83 yards last week and I love how the Hawkeyes use their Tight Ends.
Yo’Heinz Tyler $4,200
• Tyler has a horrible matchup but should get plenty of targets.
Parker Washington $4,000
• This might be the best value play of the week. Washington is the WR2 for Penn State and has an excellent matchup.
Brock Bowers $3,600
• Bowers had 6 catches for 43 yards last week and has an excellent matchup and price this week.
