  • Indiana vs Cincinnati
  • Oregon vs Washington State

Quarterbacks

Top Plays

  • Hendon Hooker (Tennessee) $8,100
  • Jalon Daniels (Kansas) $7,900

Last week the top QBs were $9,500. This week you get a discount. Hooker has a tough match-up because the Gators pass defense is solid. However, I could see Hooker rushing for 50+ yards. Daniels plays Duke, and he could have another 3+ TD game.

Best Value Plays

  • Ben Bryant (Cincinnati) $7,200
  • Max Duggan (TCU) $7,100
  • Donovan Smith (Texas Tech) $7,000
  • Anthony Richardson (Florida) $6,800
  • Payton Thorne (Michigan St) $6,200
  • Tanner Morgan (Minnesota) $6,100
  • Riley Leonard (Duke) $6,000

There’s a lot of value at QB this week. All of these guys are close to even in my opinion. I do like the high ceiling and rushing upside of Richardson, and Riley Leonard has been sneaky good for Duke.

Longshot Plays

  • Bo Nix (Oregon) $5,900
  • Drew Pyne (Notre Dame) $5,400
  • Cameron Ward (Wazzu) $5,000
  • Robby Ashford (Auburn) $5,000

I’m very intrigued by the Longshot QB plays this week. Nix has been going off recently and he’s a good bet for 15-25 points. Pyne faces off against one of the worst P5 defenses vs the pass in UNC, and he has great value at just 5.4K. Cameron Ward faces off vs Oregon, and the Cougars need a big game from him to win. Ashford gets the start at QB for Auburn, and he’s an amazing value at 5K. He will have a great match-up vs Missouri.

Running Backs

Top Plays

  • Bijan Robinson (Texas) $8,300
  • Blake Corum (Michigan) $7,900

Robinson had 3 TDs last week and Corum had 5 TDs. Expect big games again from both players this week. Robinson has a favorable match-up vs Texas Tech, and he will get plenty of touches. Corum faces Maryland, and he could have at least 2 TDs.

Best Value Plays

  • Will Shipley (Clemson) $6,700
  • Nicholas Singleton (Penn St) $6,400
  • Charles McClelland (Cincinnati) $6,100
  • Tank Bigsby (Auburn) $6,000

Shipley is one of my favorite plays of the week. I could easily see him having 100 yards and 1-2 TDs. Singleton has a great match-up vs CMU, and if he gets 10-15 touches, he could get 100+ yards with a score or two. McClelland is a player some casuals won’t know about, and he’s a good contrarian play. Don’t expect him to be highly owned, and he just scored 27.5 Fantasy Points last week. Bigsby and Auburn need to establish the run vs Missouri, and they should, which would lead to a productive fantasy day for Bigsby.

Longshot Plays

Chris Tyree (Notre Dame) $5,600
Jirehl Brock (Iowa St) $4,900
Kaytron Allen (Penn St) $3,900

Tyree was the longshot play that I gave you last week, and he scored 21 points. This week he faces off vs a bad UNC defense, and he’s capable of another 15-25 point game. Brock has a tough match-up, but I could see him getting a goal line TD. Allen is a phenomenal longshot play at 3.9K. I believe Penn State gets a big lead and Allen will get 10 touches or more.

Receivers

Top Play

  • Rashee Rice (SMU) $8,600

Rice is averaging 34.4 Fantasy Points Per Game (FPPG). He’s the focal point of the offense, and he will get plenty of volume.

Best Value Plays

  • Tyler Scott (Cincinnati) $7,200
  • Cedric Tillman $7,100 & Jalin Hyatt (Tennessee) $6,800
  • Xavier Worthy (Texas) $6,300
  • Keon Coleman (Michigan St) $5,900
  • Myles Price (Texas Tech) $5,400

Scott has a great match-up and he’s a good contrarian play because he will be low owned and he’s a good pivot off of Cedric Tillman. I like both Tennessee WRs Tillman and Hyatt, both have good value and both are capable of big games. Xavier Worthy at 6.3K is an absolute steal. I’d feel a lot better if Ewers was at QB, but Worthy has a high ceiling and he will get plenty of volume. Keon Coleman had 39.6 Fantasy Points last week and he’s a player who is on the rise. His match-up isn’t the greatest but for 5.9K I like the upside. Myles Price is a dynamic receiver and I love his price at 5.4K. He’s capable of 5+ catches for 100 yards vs Texas.

Longshot Plays

  • De’Zhaun Stribling (Wazzu) $4,600
  • Kobe Paysour (UNC) $4,100
  • Jalen Mcgaughy (CMU) $4,000
  • Brevyn Spann-Ford (Minnesota) $3,500
  • Dylan Wright (Minnesota) $3,500

Stribling is averaging 15.2 PPG and has a good connection with QB Cameron Ward. His match-up isn’t the best, but I could see WSU trailing and needing to pass. Paysour will be overlooked and low owned this week because Josh Downs is coming back. Lots of value here. Mcgaughy will be very low owned. He has a tough match-up vs Penn State and he’s not a name the casuals know. He’s averaging 17.3 FPPG this season for CMU. Chris Autman-Bell is out for the season which makes the play of Dylan Wright and Spann-Ford really appealing at 3.5K. Let’s also not forget that the Spartans pass defense is very suspect.
