Prediction: Five star RB Zamir White to UNC

Zamir “Zeus” White will be making his college decision on Tuesday, June 27th. He is deciding between his Top 3 of Clemson, Georgia, and North Carolina. Zeus is an absolute ANIMAL on the football field and already has the makings of an NFL running back. He is a top 10 player in the class of 2018 and his highlight tape definitely backs that up. Zamir has certainly earned his nickname “Zeus” on the field, as he can drag defenders for yards after first contact, or he can run by them with his 4.4 speed.

As this recruiting race has winded down, it seems to have become a toss up between UGA and UNC. Georgia has certainly had a lot of success plucking kids out of the state of North Carolina, one of the most recent ones being Todd Gurley, a RB that the Bulldogs were able to steal from UNC, amongst others. Also, because of Georgia’s success with not only Gurley, but other running backs such as Nick Chubb and Sony Michel, most experts have deemed Athens as the clear destination for Zeus. We are here to tell you that White shocks the world and ends up as a Tar Heel.

White’s best friend and self-proclaimed “blood-brother,” Jonathan Smith, suited up for the Tar Heels as a freshman last year, and his bond with Zamir has only gotten stronger. Zeus visited Chapel Hill twice in the past two weeks, a campus that he has visited more than any other. Word out of Scotland County is that he has made his decision to stay home and be the star in Larry Fedora’s offense, getting quality carries like Gio Bernard & Elijah Hood before him. If so, this would be a major coup for the Tar Heels, and would be the best recruit that Fedora has landed in his tenure.

We can’t wait to see how this one unfolds, and we suggest you get your popcorn ready for Tuesday.
